Jay loves real estate because he loves helping families and feels a huge sense of happiness every time he hands someone the keys or puts up the “for sale” sign. One of his favorite transactions that are dear to his heart was when he was able to help his parents buy their first home.
Jay is passionate about giving back to the youth and appreciates that real estate serves as a financial vehicle to allow him to impact inner-city youth in a positive way. He wants to show these kids that anything is possible no matter where you come from and what your background is.

Originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, Courtney settled in Los Angeles in 2010, where he cultivated a successful career in theater and film. After appearing in over 40 national commercials and several television shows — including “The Oprah Winfrey Show” — Courtney decided it was time to follow his true passion and began helping people navigate the complex and often emotional experience of buying or selling their home.
The self-dubbed serial entrepreneur brilliantly blends his natural storytelling abilities with his sharp business instincts to expertly guide his real estate clients in achieving their specific property goals. First-time homebuyers, experienced homeowners, and skilled investors alike seek out Courtney for his ability to tastefully narrate the story of any property. Courtney plans to one day extend his real estate business into home renovations and flips. When he’s not busy serving his clients, he enjoys volunteering at his church and spending time with his wife of two decades and their three kids, which is his favorite pastime.
